Corporate

The outdoor training and development program provides a neutral environment to test theories and develop skills.

·         Advantages of an experiential learning program:

·         Improved job performance
Outdoor experiential learning enables employees to raise their level of performance, and as a result, output increases and quality improves.

·         Greater awareness of responsibilities
Properly motivated employees require less supervision, which saves the time of the supervisors.

·         The right attitudes are forested
Because employees are exposed to similar inputs in training, they all tend to become more loyal and committed to the organisation. Something in common.

·         Benefits to the employees themselves
Employees who show greater potential (self confidence, leadership, task oriented), increase their earning capacity. This increases their job security and creates opportunities for promotion and more responsible jobs.

·         Increased customer satisfaction
Because training makes employees more effective, improved  products and services can be provided.

·         Teambuilding bonds employees
Individuals are moulded into a cohesive group. Activities are structured to develop inter-personal reliance i.e. group goals rather than individual goals.

Incentive driven
Delegates learn how to complete the task to the required standard, they become familiar with safety measures and learn how to avoid wastage of materials.

  • Day adventures are popular for end of year breakaways with the option of a braai and drinks at the end of the day in the lapa overlooking the water.
  • Overnight, offering increased adventure or team building opportunities
  • Part conference part team building.  Organisations like SAB Miller and Unilever opt for this package combining in house training with adventure activities.
